Voice.npa for DMMD extraction help

Hello! I have searched and searched through this entire forum, as it's the main recourse for the game DMMD. I have it downloaded and it is working. However, I am mostly interested in extracting the .npa files to have the raw voice voice sounds (voice.npa). I have tried downloading nipa, exnipa, and even steins;gate, but there is limited information and I cannot get any of these to work. Perhaps my program downloads are not correct, or are outdated. If anyone has an UPDATED way to extract these files, please let me know! I am running on Windows 10.
