Pigeonblood can't make it full screen and VNR issue

Hi I'm having issues with making pigeon blood full screen when I maximise the game doesn't go full scale and 'glitches'. I've tried fiddling with the config settings but it doesn't seem to do anything. Also it's my first time using VNR so this might be a dumb question but how do I make is so that there's only one English translation since there's a multiple of the same line. If possible I would like to keep the red English translation by @lukah and close the other translations if possible.
