How the heck do I install Visual Novels?!

My apologies for the very amateur question..! T_T
I'm new with all this VN downloading stuff and I can't wrap my head around the basics; such as torrents, extracting with winrar, etc.. If anyone would be able to help me out downloading this one game, I'd be very thankful!! Or at least, help me understand the basic steps a bit!!

The game I'm installing is Shingakkou and downloading it looks like this;

Lots of .rar files that I know I have to join with HJ split.. and thats where I'm at so far. TT__TT''

If anyone knows what I should do next, or if I missed any steps, or if there are anything other than HJ Split that I should have downloaded by now - please do let me know!! <3 I'd greatly appreciate it!

EDIT: Changed my Locale to Japanese, and got Winrar

Everything looks fine so far. You'll have to download all these files. Then join them with HJ Split. You've changed your locale, great!

I checked the Shingakkou thread and Himeyuri states what you'll need to do:

I suppose that since it's a rar file you'll need to extract them. If so, extract all files in the same place/folder.

Once you've extracted all, you'll get a file, an ISO file I'm assuming again. You'll need Daemon tools to mount the file. So this is the one thing that you might need, if you don't have already, Daemon tools to mount files.
