Sakurazaka 1-chome 1-banchi problem

Hi, I wanted to play this game but I had a problem with it, when I installed it, everything is fine but when I clicked on the icon to start, a pop-up pop-up appeared, as I thought it could be a compatibility problem because it's old so I put it in Windows xp compatibility and when I started it, nothing happens,I have tried with all the Iso mounted with Daemon tools and installing the patch (and without)but nothing. I hope someone can help me:(

Pd:I used windows 7 and i install a lot of games and only have problems with this one
