When I'm playing Omerta Code:Tycoon it shows this error:

When installing, I used AlphaROMdiE to by past the game's security and not need to insert the game disk when playing, according to this installation thread .
so is this error related to this patch?
Somebody please help me! The game still runs perfectly until a certain part of the story :(
