That info box is actually an error message. That error message came up, because there was a file that was either missing, or corrupt (In this case, it's saying that in file 'A_01.ks', line 144, there was an invalid character or command that it didn't recognize, so it crashed).
I'm not entirely certain how to fix it, as I have not played this game yet, nor tried in Windows XP before. I'm downloading it now, but I use Windows 7. So I may not have the same errors you might have.
