I would love to extract a cg.npa (cgi and characters especially) of DMMdrc but when I run exnpa_dmmdrc, I have an error: "This application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b)". :/
I know that I must put an exnpa_dmmdrc file on CMD and then, put a cg.npa, but exnpa_dmmdrc doesn't work. Could you help me, please?
PS: I tried with nipa, but I have no ID of the game. :P
Actually... I encountered this problem as well... It's actually the "exnpa_dmmdrc" file that's the problem. It won't run on anything. I've tried it all.
I had to ask the original translation team for their fixed version. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to re-distribute it... Let me check...

I was trying to find out what's wrong with this file, searching on the translation topics, blogs and other stuff. It would be awsome to get knowledge from the original translation team (and a fixed file maybe). :)
I left a message asking about it. ^^; I don't want to get your hopes up though, just in case.

You can actually extract DMMD:rc's .npa files with Nipa.
Please make sure that it runs using a japanese Locale or some files will mess up, or the app could just crash :/
