Hadaka Shitsuji Instaling Problems

Hello, im new here, first im sorry for my poor english, but i have some problem.

I'm trying to install the Hadaka Shitsuji BL game, and when i click on hadaka_en.exe apears one message saing "666-system" in some web said delete it on setup file, but i dont know where is it the file of setup (its only one icon to clic and nothing more)
And if i click on setup, apears another message with one yellow triangle.


Please, if you can help me, will be a relieve for me.
