DMMD Reconnect : Installation Error

Hi I've downloaded the files from the the hotfile link and have them extracted via 7-zip. What I got were two files, one will be the one leading me to the chinese website and the other the iso. I'm having issues installing the game. It starts up at prompting me if I want to install it and when I click ok, there was a 1-2 sec of screen appearing, followed by nothing happening. I've switch to either Jap or Chinese locale but it still doesn't help.

Could anyone pls provide some assistance?

Have you mounted the ISO yet? I had the same problem but then I mounted the ISO to Daemontools Lite and tried to set it up again and it worked.
