Yeah... So I DLed Sweet Pool, and this keeps coming up when I try to play it. I run a Windows 7 Compaq. Help please?

Ok so i was able to solve this one (just copied patch into installation directory and installed it from there) Finally game worked but only till main menu. After I choose "start" screen become black for a second but nothing happened, its back to the main menu as if i didnt do anything (screenshot attached) Please help me, what I did wrong this time?
Also
- I use Win 7 Starter
- game did come with 1 iso file (taken from aarin)
- I followed the correct procedure when installing the game
- So the problem occurred when i was trying start the game
I also have the same problem with taiyo it just keeps on coming back to the main menu>.<
