Okay, so I donwloaded the three rar. files, extracted them, downloaded Daemon Tools, mounted the MAOUPC.ccd file, went to 'computer' clicked the icon called 'BD-ROM Drive (E:) MAOU' went into the 'setup' file and clicked the 'setup' application. This is what I get
