i downloaded kuro no tsuki and cant install it. an error message always comes up. I set the location language as japanese and my computer is windows 7.
i also downloaded kuro no tsuki gaiden and that game worked so im not sure what im missing with the first game. help please :please:

So, I'm just guessing here, since I had a similar problem (if maybe not the exact same problem) while trying to run the install for this game (the Jap. version) on my Windows 7 laptop here. What ended up working was right clicking the large application file, going to Properties > Advanced tab > and then setting the compatibility settings to work with Windows 98/ME. Then, voila! It works, although you have to change the directory it wants to install to to some other one other than the default one it tries to install to because it will fail. Epically. And then afterwards, simply apply the English patch and you're all good to go!
Hopefully this helps anyone else who was struggling with this! ^_^
