mabey using imageshack instaed of photobucket to host the image? or beter yet, a description of it?

I receive that same error when I try to install, it always reaches 99% then gives me that screen. I figure it's because I'm running Win98. It will be a while before I get a new comp with WinXP, so I can't mess around with it anymore. Any insight into why that error message appears and what it means would be helpful though :)
