Togainu no Chi True Blood for the PSP console (not emulator)

There's a game patched in English here (Togainu no Chi) specially for the PSP console. Unfortunately, there is files missing or link that doesn't work. Does anyone here have a solution or anyways to have this game with an english patch for the PSP console?
