the game i downloaded was the last one on the thread, uploaded by Aarinfantasy

I've followed the instructions up to copying the eng patch files to the root folder but when i try to open the game, this window pops up instead of starting the game and it asks for a license ID. I tried to look for a license ID in the rar file in case i missed it but there's nothing. Can anyone help me solve this? thank you
