[Help] Running Tsumi naru Rasen no Ori

I cannot run the game. Whenever I try to run the launcher.exe I get this kind of error: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet Am I missing something here?

I tried clicking the file called AlphaROMdiE but it didn't really do anything either.
