I'm having trouble downloading DRAMAtical Murder re:connect?

I downloaded all three parts + the English patch and I mounted it on Daemon Tools Lite, but when the autoplay window came up and I tried to run it, it wouldn't. A new window came up saying, "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Which I did, but the same thing happened. Did anyone else have this issue? Is there any way to fix it? I really want to play this game. (Also, I posted this in Game Spot earlier, before I found out I wasn't supposed to, so now I'm putting it here in the Tech Center?)

I'm using Windows (32 bit), and I already changed my locale to Japanese from the very beginning.

Which version of Windows are you running? Xp, Vista, 7, 8?

Download and install that, first, then try running the DMMd:re installer again. ^^
