Help Machine Translating Kinbaku Ouji

Hi, I recently downloaded the Death Note doujin game, Kinbaku Ouji and since there is no English translation (or at least, the one that was available was taken down and I don't fully understand the situation as to why) I'm trying to get a machine translation working

I have ATLAS, AGTH, ITH, AT and VNR, I've used VNR for Cage-Open so I'm familiar with it, but I have no experience with ATLAS, AGTH, ATH or AT

So, my question is, can I get the machine translation to work in VNR? No text box even appears when I open this game in VNR and it does not seem to be grabbing the game text. I'm guessing there is an H code I need? I cannot find one though, does anyone know if there is one?

- also, Kinbaku Ouji is "unknown" to VNR so I'm guessing there is no h code for it?

If I cannot get VNR to create the machine translation, I'm also trying to use ITH & TA right now, however I can grab the text in ITH but nothing appears in TA, how can I get TA to translate what is in ITH?
