Prince Maker Braveness wont start

I copied the patch and put it all in the same folder but each time I tried to open the game (msn.exe) it says this

What's happening TT

I do not know what is written there, but I know something that might help you to be able to play the game. There is a translation of the game here:

Anyway I remember that the original game is in Chinese, so you have to change the language of your computer to Chinese for the game to work.
