Lamento won't go Fullscreen

As the title says, I just installed Lamento -Beyond the Void-, successfully installed the English patch and all - but the game will not go Fullscreen at all.

I don't even have the option to maximize it.

I then tried to create a shortcut to force it into fullscreen using Maximum and it does this weird thing...
