Installation Issues with Heartner Hearts

So I'm using windows 7. I used daemon tools, mounted the disc, and everything was going okay. When I was asked if I wanted to run setup.exe I clicked "yes". Here's the problem. Nothing happens. No installation window, no nothing. Needless to say, the game didn't install. Does anyone know what's going on?

1) Is your language and region set to Japan/Japanese?
2) Can you try right click, 'open', right click setup.exe, 'run as administrator'?

Yes and tried that.

Did you try running it in XP compatibility mode?

It would also be helpful if you provide more information on everything you have already tried and the results so we don't have to play this game of 20 questions.
