Odd problem with Spray's 'Steal!'

I think this issue is best explained with a screenie (see below).

So during the Ryoichi romance, this weird disturbance seems to occur during alot the CG's (looks like tearing, as you'll notice in the pic); often with an error [like the one shown] popping up, but sometimes not. Finally just when it gets to the good bit (naturally >.>), just after this screenie was taken, the game always crashes. So far I haven't had this problem with any other romance path or cg's besides Ryoichi's. :/
I can't read jap very well, but after looking up each of the files in the errors, they are all present and seem fine. Weird problem..
So can anybody help?

Should I just try re-downloading it and re-installing or is there a simpler, quicker solution?

darling, you need to install the patch that is included with the download to fix the above issue

ahh I see.. when I originally downloaded it it must have been before there was any patch, because there is no patch included in the download I have. :/

Now I just have to hunt down that patch on it's own if i can..

The patch was just released on Spray's website. The problem goes away after you install the 1.01 patch but make sure you have the original reallive file (uncracked) in the folder. Else the patch won't install.
