It has been 14 years eh ^_^ Really thank you for visiting the site eventhough it's not as active anymore. Back then I was just 24 years old starting a forum thinking to have it open for a few short years, now almost hitting 40 and I am kinda surprise I still like reading/watching yaoi (though way lesser with other anime). All these years with interaction from everyone including artists, publishers and even you... it makes me appreciate their work even more, thus I will keep on supporting them by buying their works.

I was thinking to do a giveaway for the 14th anniversary of the forum, but I made a contest instead since I wanted to do something fun that most of you like and were familiar with from my past contest. Since this is an anniversary contest, I made it easier so everyone can have fun hunting but won't get stressed on it, haha.


HOW TO ENTER:
1) Everyone from the forum can enter including staff members.
2) Must answer all 6 pictures correctly (manga titles) to qualify for a chance to win one prize out of the four prizes.
3) Write the Prize option you wish to win. Choose only ONE.
4) Send your Answers and Prize option to me via PM (aarinfantasy) before the due date.
Please type the PM subject as: "AarinFantasy Contest (14th Anniversary)" - not a must but it helps me to view better.
5) Please DO NOT answer in this thread, only send to me through PM.

Prize B - Ten Count dome glass magnet (it's one set with two magnet that's made of glass)

Prize D - Dakaretai Otoko A4 size clear file folder
**All these prizes are official merchandise from Japan**


WINNERS SELECTION:
- Must answer ALL 6 pictures correctly to qualify for a chance to win the prize.
- Must pick one prize option when you send in your answers.
- All correct answers will be placed under the prize option you choose, then randomly choose by a randomizer app.
- Therefore, there will be 4 winners in total.

DUE DATE: 5th December 2018

Just write the manga title will do, you do not need to write the volume number.
The titles can be in English or Japanese Romaji, whichever you prefer.

I knew 4 of them right off the bat... two of em I was clueless... turns out I own one of the two I had no idea about, but I had wrapped up the cover to protect it because it's autographed by the author :lol: :maikka: so I never see the cover! XD I had even taken pictures of the books from my collection but... I was too lazy to download the pics and upload them as my answers in the PM, haha. PM sent! Thanks for the contest, and happy anniversary to the forum!!! Many precious hours were spent here...

I could recognize one manga by the cut out and the mangaka from another. Others looked familiar and once I found them I knew why. I read them. :lol:

It was fun and I found some manga I definitely need to read. :D

Two of them I knew immediately because I have them :oops: One of them I would've sworn on my mama that it was a particular manga, but it turns out I was way wrong (sorry, mama!) hahaha.... And the other three I had no idea about, though one of them looks right up my alley, so I might buy myself an early Christmas present, muwahaha. :rolleyes:

finally did this, yay! - I did Nanowrimo this year so November didn't really exist for me...

and I'm sad to say that I didn't recognize any of them and one i had to hunt for i felt so stupid...
...but I got them all, so yay - anyone still looking, trust me, you can do it!

I didn't take part this time bc I didn't feel like I'd want any of the prizes bad enough so I thought others will appreciate them more :lol: (if only Doumeki and Yashiro would have been magnets :imc:)

that being said about your earlier question @aarinfantasy; I immediately knew #1 Viewfinder and #5 Lies are a Gentleman's manners, I had a big hunch about #3 being either Sekaiichi OR JJR and I knew I saw 4 and 6 before, too, (as it happens I own 5/6 of them) so I guess a little investigation would have helped find them easily ^^
about #2: I felt like I also saw it before but as it seems I was totally wrong, never heard about that title yet :lol:

in the whole I think it was not "too easy" and even with hunches one needs to make an effort to get everything right so no need to change difficulty :)
