This captivated me from the start, not only because of the amazing sex scene with which it starts, but through it’s plot who touches subjects as “transvestite “ and for me, it was a first (very different from the gender bender).
The beginning is delicious and hilarious, as the main character, Hajime, is simply take by surprise by his best friend Hanatarou and in the blink of an eye, he loses his virginity without even getting to process what’s happening. But as soon as it happened, Hana disappears from his life and he’s left with a memory and the words “I love you, Ikkun”(which weren't even suppose to e heard). Three years later, Hana suddenly pops up in his life again, shocking him once more with his appearance as a sexy-hot woman. Awkwardly, but they do resume their friendship and Ikkun’s life gets to be a roller coaster of emotions.
Both characters are interesting. Ikkun aka Hajime, is more the dorky type, old frame glasses, invisible student, even in his group he’s not taken as an attractive guy to get his hands on a hot “woman” like Hana; but he does have a manly side which is very appealing (gosh, that look when he goes down on Hana..). On the other hand, Hanatarou is shining! He’s a free spirit, modern, chic, but he does have trust issues regarding Ikkun and has sad family issues with emotional charge.
The artwork is really nice, the manga has enough funny moments and the sex scenes, are really good despite the fact that they aren’t many. An easy read!
