International Sub-forum

hi everybody
i've noticed a certain tendency at the forum - people start regional threads... so i was thinking, that it would be nice to open a new sub-forum, dedicated exclusively to this purpose... i mean - people who want to discuss region related issues and chat in their native language could do it there .. let's say, international sub-forum - or, if you can think about a better name - feel free to suggest :)
i've seen it at another anime site and thought it was neat... i mean - it's nice to chat about things you like in your language... or with somebody who's geographically close - so you can discuss where to buy manga or to exchange anime... also, i met people who asked for technical support, but had problems with understanding the explanation in english..

btw, i totally agree with the "only english" rule at the main forum.... that's why i'm suggesting to open a separate panel..
so, what do you think..?

This issue has been discussed previously - and determined as not feasible.
The only thing that's allowed at this time, is the Translation Thread (in the (Everything Else section)
