I think Mordor talks about the collapsing of the boxes in the settings. I used to be that way and, for some reason, in different place of the forum after the upgrade, some parts cannot be collapsed (it relates to the arrow 'top')
I think I did a post in the Bugs reports in regards of his (I don't remember if I set it as a 'function' or a 'task'...)
EDIT: the addition of screen cap was posted while I was writing...
Mainly, these are missing from the Settings and Profile. I didn't check all other parts of the forum
