Question about Drama CD section

Hi, I noticed when browsing tonight that most of the titles I'm looking for are listed in bold but not linked and there's no threads for them.

There's also no thread for un-allowed or banned titles for the Drama CDs like there are for other things. Maybe I'm overthinking, but I don't want to request the titles if they aren't allowed.

So does the bold, with no link mean it was removed? or has it just not become available yet? (in which case I can request for them in the proper thread)
