hi guys, just to let you know that the rules have been posted. I know that they don't cover every single detail but at least the basics are there (despite that they end up this long orz).

EDIT: ah yes, some criteria were simplified. The most important part is that we can have as many prefixes as needed which means that it doesn't matter if an artist is featured more than once with different circles or vice versa.
