You see, I was checking this profile, and I discovered that this person didn't have a Visitor Message tab. Is this something we can adjust individually, or must we specially request this feature? Not that I'm planning to disable mine... just wanted to know hehehe
The profile I was talking about, was that of len
Edit: scrap that, I found the answer myself
Now we're at it, I saw a person who had a disabled rep and isn't a moderator. I thought only a moderator could do that

Disabling [-]tabs in Profilepage[/-]rep

You can do it in your user profile, just go to user CP, Edit options and click on disable repulation, and puff its gone!
.....The bees where driving me nuts! I hate them, so got rid of them! 
As for whoever you saw with disabled rep, I have no idea why!
