click EDIT button
then go to ADVANCED
you'll get access to the title and be able to change it

I saw some user when post a link to their post and others and the link can move from right to left.
like an announcement moving from left to right and over again but it links to their post when you click it.
how do they do that?? I hope you understand my question.

Are you referring to a marque'?
the link function is the same just click the blue globe on tool bar paste link, click ok.
The Marque feature is:

Click on this button
and insert the link for your download or whatever it is for. Just copy and paste basically. It should look like this: [*URL="http://www.zshare.net/download/525965361c4c94cc/"]http://www.zshare.net/download/525965361c4c94cc/[/url] once you insert it without the * at the beginning.
Now when you do this a part of the link shoud be highlighted in blue, there you type the text you want ppl to see.
Example: [*URL="http://www.zshare.net/download/525965361c4c94cc/"]zShare[/url]<-- See how it says zShare just before [/url]
Your end product will look like this: zShare
That's what people will see and click on.
Now to make it move you will wrap the marquee around it like this [*marquee][*URL="http://www.zshare.net/download/525965361c4c94cc/"]zShare[/url][/marquee]
Remember that I put the * symbol to show you how it actually looks like when you put the link and that I'm using zShare. Take the * out and you'l see this:
It should be the same but with whatever host or link you're using.
