Why 999,999 points and not 1,000,000 points in Savings?

well I've noticed that when I look at some of the stats in profiles. It'll say like 0.999 in savings. But it doesn't show a decimal in mine so I didn't know what that really was.

Statistics in your profile only shows the current account not saving accounts.
