Question on Scanlation Group.

I wanted to upload a new title which i can't find in the manga oneshot section. So before i proceed, i want to clear things up! So i wouldn't make a mistake!

The following Scanlation Groups have asked this Forum to cease the sharing their work

• Scanlation group name -disbanded- not allowed to upload scanlations

I'm confused with the -disbanded- word indicated above.
Does that mean it's allowed now to share their scan??? huh???

aka no longer active

But the group (name not mention here) and it's scans are still active. So can i upload the manga to aarin??? Now i'm hesitating whether to upload the oneshot or not, cuz i'm not sure if it's allowed???

This sentence is stating that even though the scanlation group is disbanded, the scanlation group's scanlation are still not allowed to be uploaded in this forum.

The forum respects the group's wishes even though the group is disbanded.
