Hey, so I actually bought both seasons of Junjou Romantica from Best Buy, but you could also get it from amazon. I actually just looked it up so I get my facts straight. Hope that helps.

So annoying when an American distributer gets licencing rights and they decide to go all Naziish on the fanbase. And RightStuf subtitles look really ugly as well.

And don't worry about the drama CDs, they are in Japanese and will never be licenced for a release to the English speaking American market so no one will care about them being available here.

ohhh that really sucks, ok it maybe their right to do so, but what about those who can't even get to buy it even if they want to ? I'm living in Egypt and in here all the Yaoi stuff are banned, so I can't even order it online or whatever, so what the hell am I gonna do? Junjou Romantica is my first Yaoi experience and till today it's still my favorite one ever, and I was hardly waiting for the new OVA, so now what?? am I destineed to never get to watch it ??!!

It always seems darker before the dawn, but don't despair, JR is now available on Netflixs. This might not seem much help to some countries but I believe this is a start of yaoi becoming more available and acceptable to the general public. Other good news is the Viz Media has taken over some of TokyoPops titles, Loveless 9 is now available in English and Loveless 10 is out for pre-order to be released early next year.
