Cannot see other people's profile layouts

Okay. I'm not sure if this is a bug or me, being a ditz, have created this problem myself but for some reason I haven't been able to see people's profile layouts for months. I initially tried checking my settings but couldn't figure out the issue and gave up but it's starting to bother me a lot now so (after re-checking my settings) here I am. Basically, the background layouts don't load and I can only see the default blue layout for everyone except my own profile (exception being people who put images in the 'profile intro text area'; those load just fine).
I apologize if this isn't really an issue but I would appreciate some help ;;;;

Hi,

I just checked your account's settings and you have disabled "Show Other Users' Custom Profile Styles".

To fix this, simply go to someone else's profile, this one (http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/members/xmyuuchanx/) for example.
Then click on the button 'Show user customization' located right under the Mention & Quotes tabs and above the text editor box.
