I haven't been able to send points for a few months now
NOTE: This is a bug reported by sayurichama (http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/members/sayurichama/) in a wrong forum so I moved it here.

So I haven't been able to send points for a few months now. Evertime I try to do so I just get a blank warning sign, without anything being written on it. So I basically know there is a problem, but since there is nothing written on it I don't know what it is about. I also checked my bank and asked the person I wanted to sent it to and it really didn't work. I have no problem recieving points, thou. I attached a picture for better reference.

Thank you in advance
EDIT: According to the info provided on the replies below, it seems that this an incompatibility issue with IE. At the moment we can just suggest you to try other browsers.

I already looked into it (as I mentioned in the original post). It is something to do with her computer because when I tried it with her account on my computer, it worked just fine. It might be a pop-up blocker that is interfering.

Thanks for the effort!
I tried it again, but it still isn't working....I tried it with my pop-up blocker on and off, but I still get the same blank message. I also tried sending points to Twinstar, but apperantly it didn't work.

@sayurichama ; can you let know which browser you are using (and version) and which operation system.

If it isn't a pop-up blocker than it is likely what angerbda is mentioning. It's not your account so it's a matter of narrowing it down to what else it can be. Are you able to try a different browser?

Depending on the browser and the OS, there can be some issues.
With Firefox, and browsers based on Firefox, it can be an extension/add-on/plugin that creates the issue.
To run Firefox (and IE) without add-ons (wihtout having to remove them), you can try the safe mode (http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-start-firefox-and-internet-explorer-without-add-ons/)

You can try also to run Firefox without plugins (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=135233) This method is an old one, I am not sure it still works. However, if it does, do not remove your profile folder but rename it, so you can restore it after if it appear the issu is not from a plugin.

I will wait for more details on your browser/OS to see what testing can be done...

Thanks for the help everyone, but I figured out what the problem was! (actually something really stupid :hot:). I haven't sent points in ages and I remmember that you can't sent them to savings, but apparently you must sent them to savings, since it worked that way. So that was probably the cause. I just tried sending points to @Twinstar; and it worked!!
Thanks you for the help anyway^^;;;;; and I'm really sorry for troubeling everyone over my stupidity :XD:

That is odd...you should be able to send them to someone's savings or points even using your own savings or points.

Just adding on to sayurichama's solution.
For me, this has been going on for quite some time since I'm using IE, the rest of the browsers(Firefox, Chrome) don't have this problem.
In IE, I have to toggle the drop down box (Circle part) as shown in the picture and click on "Savings" and then toggle it back to "Points" if want to send points to others...

And by then will the Points/Savings came out beside the "Perform Action Transfer: "

It has been know for a very long time that IE has compatibility issues with the forum and there is no fix for it that we know of. We can only suggest to use the other browsers...there were other issues we have seen so this one gets added to the list...
