Blog comment colour issue

Comments in blog show as white-on-white with the light forum layout.

A visitor to my blog noticed this issue: the comment section shows as white text on white background when using the default/any other light forum layout. On the dark layout it's regular white-on-black. I tried changing the comment section colours to default and to other colours but it doesn't help.

Am I just missing something or is there really an issue?

*edit* can you get to this link? It allows you to change the font color for your blogs and such. http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/blog_usercp.php?do=customize. Is this where you tried to change it?

@Twinstar Yes, that's where I tried it. I changed it to default and tried different colours to see if they show but no luck.

It might work if I changed my WHOLE BLOG into default colour... but that defeats the point of having custom colours anyway, don't you think? And it should work with the custom colours anyway so that'd be weird...
