Error with Fictions Quick Reply

Receiving the error "Sorry! This forum is not accepting new posts."

When posting a new message in the Fictions section using the quick reply, I receive the error "Sorry! This forum is not accepting new posts."

Has this been happening and people just never reported it or is it something new that you guys are getting?

PS. I was trying to get the Quick Reply to show up on all pages of the entry and when I thought everything was good and fix, this happens when I try to post a new reply using it. So I thought it was something I did, but I reverted all the changes back and using the quick reply for what it was before and still getting the error.

i left a comment using the quick reply and i gt the message something like 'the server ask you to leave the page.....'
when i clicked yes, the page refreshed and my comment was there so i guess it's fixed? i didn't receive any error though

I had to hit advanced reply then submit to get it to accept my post.
