Under Forum TABS at top of pages (that say Forum Bank, Blogs etc) there is a MENUBAR that is different for different forum tabs. Under Forum, some of the items have dropdowns. I can SEE the dropdowns when I click on them, but when I move my cursor down, they disappear; I cannot select them.
