Notifications

I changed my skin and after doing so, whenever I have a notification, the drop down goes under the banner on the main page, and none of the options are visible for me to click on even on other pages. It is all the same color as the skin with the exception of 'inbox'. Is there an option I need to turn on or off to be able to see what notifications I have?

At this moment if you are using any other layout beside Breezy Blue or MiniBlue the dropdown box of the notifications is quite large, but there still is only 'Inbox' in there, if you get Mentions and Quotes they will appear as they come and are not a normal option.

About it disappearing under the Banner: can you reproduce that problem? (and have you tried deleting your old cookies?)
