About 1st story: Hero is very familiar for me because he is stingy, exoteric and bitchy. Therefore I can really understand why hero has a crush on his straight, pure rival. Everyone loves someone who has good points he never has. The author researches well very special business like company for beauty salon's supplies material and uses the difference of hero's family and rival's one very effectively. Very tactful setups to detail and it's no wonder that this story continues now.
About 2nd story: The couple of able supervisor and new employee (pure, awkward but has great guts) is not unique but it's very interesting that supervisor hurts unexpectedly severely by the attack of new employee. The cunning sexual tactics of supervisor is also very funny. The usage of female employee with a lot of debt is nice, too. About 3rd story: Very unique mystery for the author. The ending is very stylish and adult.
