Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi Season 2 Episode 6 (also known as Ep18) is out in English subs.
This episode is particularly different because it is actually an episode of Junjou Mistake that focuses on younger Isaka and Asahina that you have seen from Junjou Romantica. You will also see a young Usami Akihiko in this episode too!~
