I actually enjoyed this manga and that is surprising since I don't like master-slave relationships that much. The relationship is usually abusive and based on Stockholm syndrome, but in here we don't have a typical seme. The prince doesn't force Suzuki to have sex with him and for Suzuki even though he fits the uke stereotype more he has some interesting and rebellious traits. Like how he's actually addicted to drugs in the beginning and the fact that he does try to escape several times. Also I liked how he took things into his own hands and initiated sex with the prince since he wanted to have his first time with the guy he loved. The prince actually wanted to stop but Suzuki controlled the scene. That being said Suzuki is no pushover, when he fell into the crown prince's hands he was ready for sexual abuse but was determined to run away, as he said ''I'm bad at giving up, y'know?'' - That actually sounds like something a seme would say. And finally when prince lets Suzuki escape, Suzuki runs away immediately, he does promise to come back, but he doesn't get overly emotional and irrationally tries to stay with the prince. For these reasons I like this uke, he's stubborn and can fight for himself. Of course if we compare him to someone like Riki from Ai no Kusabi he definitely pales but Riki had a lot tougher work dealing with Iason rather than with a gentle prince. Some things i disliked are Suzuki's girly dress-up which was over the top. Girly would've been fine but that get-up is closer to looking completely like a woman. The art was to my liking, sometimes a bit sloppy but it had its own charm. I would've given it a 4, but I lowered it because of that stupid dress-up which humiliated Suzuki's character in a way. The characters were fine, developed compared to most yaois, I liked the somewhat tough uke and the prince who succeeded in being a powerful seme but avoiding the weak-minded or on the other hand abusive character. The plot was definitely something seen before in yaoi but it was developed originally without, as I mentioned, abusive characters. Also there was a engaging subplot about brothers in Eastern countries who usually fight for the throne... The sex scene was my cup of tea, not explicit and smutty, and it happened near the end which means it had a nice build up. So if you're looking for a nice BL story read this, if you're looking for BL porn, look elsewhere.
I also need to add a mini review for the oneshot included in the manga. It was very interesting, and in my opinion had greater potential than the main story but alas, it was too short and definitely feels unfinished. We are left without being provided with answers about seme's cold, abusive character, his affinity to buy and hold onto things, his connection to his uncle, his teddy bear... It feels unfair to rate this since in my opinion it's not a complete story but it's worth reading, it can at least pique your interest.
