Review Detail

The story is absolutely beautiful. Delicate, realistic, engaging, memorable, emotional.. the kind where you sit and watch quietly, afraid of disturbing the moment. And it stays with you. Really, really good story.
Interestingly enough, it's a character-driven plot...but the characters are one of the weaker parts of this manga. I dunno, not the strongest characters I've ever seen (BL or otherwise). But the overall work is amazing. Maybe it's because, even if the "plot" and the "characters" aren't stand-outs, the relationship between the characters is, and the atmosphere and effect of the work is so amazing. Either way, the story comes off damn near perfect.

I personally adore Kou's art, although I know some don't care for her style. Either way, her storytelling and the atmosphere she creates are always top-notch.

Getting to the point--the smut. It's sexy, yet classy. My favorite type. And it begins right away, but the characters' relationship goes beyond sex. Well-paced, and well done.
