Is this normal?

I have this big empty space whenever I tried clicking on the notification area (the highlighted grey area)
& I find it quite annoying. I was gonna ignore it for a couple days but I don't think I can anymore. Is this fixable or this is how it gonna be like & I'll have to deal with it? o-o!;;

This is related to the last forum software update. @Dai-kun; is aware that there might be some style issues like this one. Quoting the announcement from Dai:

The forum software is upgraded but the styles are not, yet. That means there may be some compatibility issues/errors, things looking out of place. I don't see any major problems that makes the forum unusable so the forum is opened early. Please bear with me. Thanks.

So let's wait for the meantime. Thank You for understanding~

These are the things I remember seeing. I'm sure there are more.
Most of these problems are fixed in the new style versions. I will release the blue style first since it's the default color and release the others afterwards.
