For quite some time now, I've been trying to get the forum skin to change when I use the forum on my cell phone. It stays on Breezy Blue (new) all the time. I try to change it to any other skins and it won't do it. I have my setting to Bleak Black in my general settings but it only works when I use my computer.

I thought it could have been my phone that was the issue but I just got a new phone and it does it on this one too (completely different phones and networks).
