compress .gif animated picture

Does anybody know how to compress .gif animated picture without decreasing its size? Now I only need to make an animated banner from 202 KB to 100- KB but don't know how!! The original weight were 1.2 MB and now its 202, I can't compress it anymore because it will cause bad quality! >.>

Can you post the big gif and we can have a look?
By decreasing size do you filesize or actual proportions?
Because you can't keep quality and filesize unfortunately...

Actually I succeed...well, almost! Now its 122 KB (just a little more! ouch!! >.<) But everything is about the quality thing!! T^T

What program are you using for this? A lot of your image can result in the capabilities of your program as well....

It could also be possible that you can't shrink it anymore without comprising quality....
