Kichiku Megane help!!!

Hi there, I downloaded this game and joined the parts with Hjsplit but when I try to install it I get lost 'cause it's in japanese or so (I get just "???????")
what should I do? I have the japanese pack installed already.
I saw the disc1.sub disc2.sub files but I don't know how to use them!!!

I didn't know how to use the file .sub that I find there, do they have the substitles for the game? 'Cause I'm using agth and atlas, but it's kinda complicated!

After changing your Language to Japanese (go 'Control panel' > 'Regional and Language Options' > 'Advanced' and set it to Japanese, then click 'okay' and the computer will restart) the question marks, etc will be corrected and you can install just fine.

No, Kichiku Megane has no subtitles (I don't know of any subtitled Japanese games, only 3 or 4 translated ones) - as long as you know how to use AGTH and Atlas it will give you a rough translation.

Keep in mind that it requires you to use your imagination a bit - most of it obvious enough if you use your head, but you will come across a bit of engrish and stuff that makes you go 'wtf?!'. So yeh.
