For some reason, I can't mount or burn the .cue file. When I try, it gives me an error message saying the file type is unspecified. I tried renaming it with the .cue in the name and then instead it gives me an error message saying the information is inaccessible. I've redownloaded the file several times and from different sources with no luck. I've tried using Nero, Alcohol 120%, and Daemon Tools but get the same result from each.

If anyone can provide a solution to this problem, it'll be greatly appreciated.

I think this a problem within the cue file concerning the path of the bin file. Can you upload the cue file (the very small file size one, you can upload it to one of the host sites) for me to look at and the name of the bin file exactly (if it has cases, symbols etc)

Is the bin file named MESSIAH_DISC1 or MESSIAH_DISC1.bin with the .bin extension? If not, (make sure hidden extension is disabled by going to folder options) rename the file to include the .bin at the end.

When I disabled the hidden extensions, the .bin extension was already there, and unfortunately, I'm still getting the same results. ;_;

Hi, sorry for late reply.

I was thinking it could be the name of the bin because the error you described of the file type unspecified was due to cue looking for a file and the person uploading the bin forgot the extension or named it wrong.

Could you open notepad and open the cue file:

FILE "mes.bin" BINARY
TRACK 0
MODE1/2048
INDEX 01 00:00:00

Copy and paste the text in bold and save it.

Rename your bin file to mes.bin and make sure cue and bin are in the same folder.

It... it still isn't working >_< No one else seems to have had this problem... so maybe it's just something I've been doing wrong.

I also have to same problem. Would someone mind to help me out? Everytime i try to mount the image from a cue file, it always comes up with " file type not specified". Please someone help me out with this.I really want to play this game.
