Massage pops up: Code being processed: 0x2c

Dear friends, I've sent Koibito Yuugi files to my friend and after her install finished. She had a pop up mgs like this all the time. And she used to pc game installation her pc region is Japanese already.

And she already have "KOI_FACE.HXP" this file too.
Does someone ever get a problem like this? would you please share your acknowledge with me? Thank you in advance.
