I have a little problem with saving the game Sweet Pool.
I don't really know how to save!
Please help me with it! I can't play all day long with that game without saving...
Hmm, most Nitro+CHiRAL games can usually be saved by either pressing "S" or by using the Right-mouse button to bring up a menu and finding the save option.... I haven't played Sweet Pool yet, but it is a N+C game...
I know that, but the save page is weird. I don't understand it.
This is that save page.

When I klick on one of places, show up "new" but when I return to the game then save page is clean like been before.

Ah! All right, sorry, your original post was a bit vague. ^_^ Let's see...
So we know that Sweet Pool saves in the same location as DMMd. Can you save games properly with DMMd?
Also, are you using the partial English patch and the No CD EXE?
Lastly, could you tell me what version of Windows you are running, and if your Windows user name is a name using only English letters, or one containing accents or other characters?
Unfortunately, yes, that is the problem.
Because DMMd and Sweet Pool (And any other Nitro+CHiRAL game by design) were programmed to be used with a Japanese system, using a character from a different language causes saving issues. (I've seen this happen with Russian and Israeli characters).
The place where N+C games saves is here:
C:\Users\(Name)\AppData\Roaming\NitroplusCHiRAL\(game)
(Name) is your Windows username, and if it happens to contain any other language's characters (besides Japanese or English), N+C games have strange issues with saving...
A check to see if this is the cause, is to temporarily create a new Windows profile using only English letters, and try running/saving the game.
Just keep in mind, that the save games would be then be saved in that profile. They can be moved, though, so they can be saved. But if you remove that profile without backing up your saves, you may lose them.
Also note, that renaming your Windows username will not rename that folder or fix the issue, sadly...
I know it's not really a GOOD fix, but it will let you play the games. It may just need to be a dedicated Visual Novel profile. Hahah... Err...
Gomen.
I'm sorry! It seems a bit drastic, though, to reformat a computer for that.
Are you sure you can't just make an extra Windows profile/user just to play certain games? It'd save you some hassle... But if you do go through with the format, I wish you luck.
I'm just curious, but are you playing SP with the partial English patch?
If so, that really happens.. at first it will work fine but after a certain scene... it will not let you save... well technically you can "save" but when you load it, it will automatically close the game.. (so you need to play one route in one sitting). I think the partial patch is making the file corrupt or something...
